If possible wait for year end sales to purchase your appliances and furnishing, will save you a lot of money. I too burst my budget, it's pretty common biggrin.gif

Take as much photos especially on wiring and aircon piping area, you need those photos for reference in future, drilling into either one of those is no joke. Good luck ya rclxms.gif

From the look of it, 70K won't be enough, looks more like a 140K Reno but hope I'm wrong. Work hard to stay within your budget, I'm sure the end result will be beautiful. smile.gif
