Bro, energy savings wise if you still using normal bulb for the recessed syiling lighting and downlights, maybe time for you to use led for the downlight and rgb led strip for the recessed syiling. Gooding yo.

all the downlights are LEDs, the rest are for show which i don't think normal days will be turned on also ... other than the T5s

What a good job done. Congratulations. Mine long way to go.

May I ask how much you spent on dining set and tv cabinet ??? The tv cabinet is simple and nice.

dining table RM1599 (table, spinning top and 6 chairs), tv cabinet iirc RM400 from IKEA, 8 feet width with 4 cabinets, i removed 2 of them.

well limited budget have to control lor, anyways a lot of stuff i reused, doors, grills, windows ... just give it a new coat of paint, can pakai le ...

yeah initially was a terrace part, but contractor say he cant find a good reason what's the purpose of that so whack it and move the sliding door over to dining hall then you will have a bigger living room smile.gif
