I see, thanks for the info. Asking this because I heard my developer mentioned that we cannot renovate much (especially the exterior) before we get individual title.

I am expecting to get my house keys this December.

yupe, by right we also can't do that but we did it in a quick manner, demolish then rebuilt ... but overall doesnt affect safety of the building

yupes thanks for the prompt installation, just a minor hiccup from the piping, the plumber need to come and alter a bit then it shld be fine ... the pool is the only plus point that place got ...

Already completed and didn't think of taking those wiring location picture at that time.
Now feel regret for that. Hopefully nothing goes wrong la.

tomorrow will be last day of my contractor coming in ... in the end budget for renovation exceeded by RM2k++ those also necessary adjustments here and there smile.gif
