BTW, to all iKBC F-104 users, it is time to update the firmware. Now no more the overkilling bright indicator LEDs + got USB NKRO. brows.gif

Pretty easy, files can be get from here.
http://pan.baidu.com/s/144OFl#dir/path=%2F...%9B%BA%E4%BB%B6

Basically, what you need is the ikbcblablabla.exe and one of the firmware (I choose the 10.9 one, since that one the most complete).

After download them, rename all those files and apps to english or numbers, so no chinese characters, and you can start flashing the firmware.

Click the ... and select the bin firmware files, later press download and tada, it is done.

eh, i understand that the necessary file that u mention is just file #2 and #3 right?
what about #4 #5 #7 and #8?
what file is that? especially #7 and #8 which contain the word USB in it.

Yup, 2&3 is enough. All others are older firmwares. If you suka, you can flash flash and see if any different. Who know one day you may miss the extra ultra super bright LED? whistling.gif

Probably no much different, just less scratchy.

Linear switches like black or red tend to be a little scratchy by default.

i've tried clear with 62g...that's quite an insta wub.gif but i guess the thick alu casing contributes to the sexy feeling as well biggrin.gif
tips i got from kaiserreich, avoid acrylic casing, as it will give u less satisfying typing feeling compared to stock casing.

i suppose acrylic casing = nice to see but not nice to type, more expensive than stock, but cheaper than aluminium case
stock casing = ok to see, ok to type, no need spend extra money
aluminium casing = nice to see, nice to hold, once scratched, your heart ache like mad with your wallet crying when you bought it.

wat is it about a.87 that u aren't sure about?
