Just when you asked us what to get from US, the Francium/Hassium popped out.

Real PBT backlit keycaps (IINM). After digging deeper into GH's thread, I think the so called doubleshot keycaps aren't PBT. They are quite similar to the previous one found on Ducky Zero (Shine) and also the maxkeyboard last time.

The keycaps seem to be the same like the one found on Ducky Zero. Judging at the similarities between Deck's backlit mode with that of Shine3 (during the leak last time) and also the keycaps, the new Deck seems to be nothing more interesting than F-104...

Hmm, there's a solution to both your problems.

Get the old Deck Legend, PCB mounted + the old PBT backlit keycaps.

But IINM, their mounting for large modifier/spacebar keys are different, hence may not be easily exchangeable with other keycaps.

The one in your picture is indeed the doubleshot pbt variant. The one currently found on the net/korea net are probably the abs one.

If indeed the doubleshot pbt version, then it is worth it. If not, then I don't really find any reason to get the new Deck.

The first one is PBT doubleshot backlit keycaps (which probably come from the same factory as the ikbc/vortex one), it is the first in the industry.

The 2nd one looks just like some random coated ABS.
