Amplifier? Speaker? HU?
Which one should focus more ?

It depends on how much you willing to waste. It can start at as cheap as rm100 for speakers till rm10-50k for a complete set that not meant for normal listening.

Should have a power amplifier 1st then upgrade speaker then HU?

my idea of upgrade steps....

1/ change HU
- a good HU can give a tremendous boost in soung quality.....

2/ change speakers
- once upgrade HU, changing speakers will give u even better sound quality

3/ add amp and subwoofer + plus rewire
- once done the 2 above....this is where the boom boom comes in

Which one should pay more attention or should spend more for SQ system?

1st step
decent amp + decent comps + decent cabling

2nd step
decent amp + decent sub

3rd step
HU

4th step
Active!

for me... the most important thing is HU,second is the component set...

For me :
1st is amplifier (powerfull amp)
2nd is component speaker (can upgrade depend of requirement)
3nd is HU (my HU setting is flat)
4th is wiring

First, I added a normal CDP, then added a component speakers, then decided to add an amp and a sub.

From there onwards it was pretty much jumble sale! Hahahaha...

But I think if this is the case, then

1st - HU - This is the source. If you have a good HU, you wont need to worry about upgrading, at least can tahan a few years la... Unless budget means susah sikit

2nd - Amp - Amp not cheap... Hahaha... For me now, no return. Die die also Class A. Get a good amp and you can live with it for a few years.

3rd - Components - Too many good stuff outside and one of the most upgraded parts in ICE...

4th - Cabling - The one that yields the least difference in most folks ear and can be very expensive...

5th - Wong Fei Hung close shop...Run active? Can... But costly...

But looking at everything, it co-relates. If you upgrade one thing, you might need to upgrade another.. Wahlaio!
