If you access YouTube via IPv6, the speed seems to be OK. It is the IPv4 YouTube that has problems, where people has to refresh the Youtube page just to get good speed.

Tried with IPv4 with similar results:
CODE
timestamp seconds 163.051
1920x1080, 0 average kbps, 50% volume
TagStreamPlayer, HTTP, 4775 kbps
10 stage fps, 31 video fps, 616 dropped, 0 kbps
software video rendering, software video decoding
-16.359 db, 1 audio factor

BTW, what CDN are you reported in.

http://redirector.c.youtube.com/report_mapping

Like mine:219.92.x.x tm-pen1

Any other TM user and streamyx user which would like to test the video download speed?

Video less than 10mins seems to work fine. (Load at full speed) 450kb/s
But not video over 10 mins which is 40kb/s

Can you try download this video with any internet downloader?
And report back the speed.
You may need to modify the name of it. Because it will show [videoplayback] rather than <title>.mp4

Confirmed it is CDN problem.

Tested with the Kyoukai no Kanata video at http://youtu.be/L5eAWXiI4jA

tm-kul10

tm-pen2

The tm-pen2 sure has problems. So now kul* CDN is good while pen* one has problems.

How do you switch CDN?
