I am not sure if this is the right place for it, but I am selling a corner unit on behalf of my brother. 4k sq ft. He probably would need to leave the country. Has the price shot up since VP?

Nah, I don't have any connection in Bangi. I am buying one in Sepang myself, also a corner unit for a similar price.

This is true, but landed homes can be difficult to come by. High-rises will be available at any time even in prime areas because the developers can always build UPwards. If you like Bangi area and Serenia as a whole, why not.

For myself I am buying Sepang because my wife loves it here (???) and she is going to work in Putrajaya for years to come. I travel for work so it doesn't really matter where I stay

Yeap. Serenia. Not only in KV< if you can consider Cyber as KV (perhaps, greater KL/KV), there are tons of untenanted properties there.

I was contemplating between Sunsuria and Serenia, decided to go for the one with the individual title. I may want to do some extensions and I'd hate paying too much maintenance + sinking funds.

Got Prime member discount. But Haven't bought la, next launching only buy. That's only what we aim and budget for

Sunsurio we got a good price. Net price of RM600k, but it was intermediate. For that price, can get end-lot in Serenia City haha

Yeap, im ready to be disappointed. Landed not like high-rise.. if the unit that faces one direction that you want is sold, you can always buy upper or lower units. no such thing for landed.

Maybe. but at this age (32) want to settle down already. I have a good running business, wife loves working in Putrajaya. Don't want to buy anything other than Corner or End-lot (with land) to get the sun to shine into the house... If buy intermediate, later have to buy again..

I checked bro, I really did. Even my brother brought me to the sales gallery. great rebates and legal fee packages.

But the wife doesnt want to spend so much time through the traffic each morning to get to work.

My wife works at a private company in Putrajaya, property development.

I have 4 businesses, they are stated at the bottom

So bad man.. try google map.

Btw, if you try google map for SC/Sunsuria to Putrajaya, you will find a dumbly-designed intersection with traffic lights. This place jam ALL THE TIME because there are so many cars goung through it. Currently is a flyover being built to by pass that area. So my wife would be good to go, a smooth drive all the way to the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya butterfly interchange

You got the right idea. If beli SH, and need to go to Putrajaya (well depends on which part of the city lah), this would be the ideal route. You skip the roads leading to SKVE/SILK

Having said that, Serenia City (SD) is right infront of the "Serenia City" ELITE exit-interchange...

So for my wife who will be working in Putrajaya for years to come, it can be quite tiring if we had bought SH.
