Yes, Alam Sari initially was only 432 acres. Now if not mistaken, the planned development is 700+ acres. The land is between the I&P's Alam Sari, Serene Heights and Bangi Avenue, and there will be a link road for Alam Sari - Bangi Avenue. So Serene Heights, Bangi Avenue and Alam Sari will all be more accessible soon

Anyone went on site lately? Wondering if they have already opened the link road to Alam Sari.

Was around the area last Friday, passing by the link road to Alam Sari. Still blocked. Anyone in contact with either of the developers on the opening of the road?

Alam Sari should now be fully under Kajang postcode. UKM i believe is still Bangi, but GMI and Institut KWSP are also under Kajang postal address. I still tell ppl AS is Bangi though... sweat.gif

Yes, Serene Heights, Alam Sari and Bangi Avenue beside each other, all with three under different postal cities. rclxms.gif

I bought mine at Alam Sari Puisi 5 - RM644k non-Bumi price. 1945sqft on 22 x 85 land.

Thanks! Just gotten my keys 2 weeks ago. Going through the defects now and hopefully can start renovation soon. How much was Acacia when it launched? Non-Bumi price?

Avis 1 is a new DSL launch in AS. As of 2 weeks ago, I think there are only 2 intermediate units left. I'm surprised that AS is being picked up quite fast. New Semi-D Clover, if not mistaken, about 12 units sold.

Yes, for own stay. Rental market there doesn't look so good. From what I heard, mainly offshore guys and lecturers/trainers from the educational institutes nearby.

I believe Eugenia has 84 units. Avis 1 has 48 units. Both Eugenia and Avis 1 managed to sell around 40 units, at a location quite far from city center. Avis 1 almost sold out, which is why i'm surprised considering the market now is really slow.

Just waiting for the link road to be opened. Setia said they have done their part and is ready to open. Pending UEM now. Not sure how true
