Yes. The upper rows dunno when they will open for sale. Yup sapu'ed a bigger one.. cry.gif trying our luck with a corner unit, was aiming for the end lots as that was within our comfortable budget. So now waiting and hoping for loan approval.

We didn't actually look at how Camelia was gonna look outside - nor did we care that much. We saw the floor plan and basically the price and that's it for us. sweat.gif

Dahlia open concept of kitchen living room seems nicer than Camelia's. Hopefully can knock down that wall between kitchen n dining. Not liking what I see frm the showroom pic.

Browse their website. I got to see Begonia showroom but never went to see Camelia because it was not ready yet at that time, their floor plans are more or less the same.

I only browse their website and looked at their floorplan. Camelia project has put up their showroom pics. I saw Begonia showroom but never went to see Camelia because it was not ready yet at that time, their floor plans are more or less the same.

Ya, kinda like the open concept of the kitchen, won't feel seperated from family when in the kitchen cooking or washing dishes plus can keep an eye on small children when they play downstairs. Sigh.. Already grabbed Camelia, not sure if can lnocl down walls to open up the kitchen dining living area.

But financially a bit diff if can't sell off Camelia fast enough. Dahlia 2 hangover next year in May. If we buy then there will be 3 housing loan to service. Pokai lah.. Haha
