I am wondering how is this better than EcoHill, to me they are equally competitive. The exit to NSE will lead you through Bangi; exit to SILK will be through Reko, but to Kajang Cheras, still need to use the SILK heading towards Sg. Long / Kajang Perdana - the connection where SEH will lead to. Benefit would be, SEH residents can use this to get to NSE to go South if there is a link.

CY, he meant Cameron oso high oso flood wat meaning Cameron also Highland but can flood since recently cameron flooded, he quoted that.
But, what he missed was, it was man made flood and not natural flood.

All the town roads inside Kajang is cramped with traffic cuz the townships are either old or built without any proper infra.
And, its circling the town - so, essentially, all development going forward need to have highway access - regardless how of many highway the connect with, connectivity is the key.
Hence, I still think this development is equally competitive to SEH only IF they have the accessibility and convenience; not better.
Bangi is more populated than Semenyih though the township is huge - alot of Selangor government complexes / offices are around Bangi - also all the factories (i.e.: Sony) so, traffic is heavy there too.

Doubt it will be this range - cheapest may be in high 500s. UEM is rarely known for its affordability.
