are you already sign the SnP? because we usually sign it after loan approve
if loan approve but still not sign the SnP you might get your booking back

Yes they usually hold the booking fees until your loan approve
the booking may become as your deposit after you sign the SnP

which one bro.. there is 3 type
- Acacia - target end 2017 early 2018
- Begonia - same as Acacia
- Camellia - 2019

you can go to their sales gallery to check the available unit
there may be a unit that buyer cancel coz loan reject or etc.

Usually there is 2 bank agent inside the show room
1. Bank Islam
2. CIMB

so you can walk in to book the house and ask the bankers directly about the loan.
