Most ppl sapu Acacia ma since there is a 80K difference in the prices although the land area is the same and Begonia is slightly bigger in b/up.

Good comparison will be Penduline 20x70 1700sft leasehold v Begonia 22x70 2200sft freehold + other factors like landscaping etc. Which one will you choose?

SA said they will be launching a new phase Camellia, located next to Acacia in Q1 2016, so expect Begonia to be sapu-ed clean by then due to its lower price!

Which developer is better in terms of quality, Uem or IJM Land?

I oso dono bro bcos I have not bought prop from both Co. Got to ask comments from TKs and TKCs that have sapue-ed their props before.

Anyway, both are big reputable developers so for me, it's safe to buy props from them For me, since both are renowned Co, my main priority will be the price, b/up and land area for the props from both Co.

Landscaping wise, both Co oso should be providing more or less the same, it will not be as great as the props from EW but I'm OK with it since I'm buying at a lower price.

how much is begonia?

Min 636K gross for 22x70, non bumi 3% rebate + 5K, so nett price 612K

22x75 677K gross, same rebates, so nett 651K.

hmm... cheaper compared to penduline. big size some more.

Yah definitely cheaper, freehold also, b/up 2200sft also bigger.
