BRE gor...this year Serene Height dun hv CNY events?

UEM is one of the biggest property company in malaysia..mana tak ada lui....anyway i think a lots of their project having difficulty to sell especially on Johor area....

lots of malaysian who working at SG bought hse at bukit indah. It is a nice township done by SPS too...

Puteri Habour is nice place..tat y they sapu lor...I think the difficulty for Johor property at Iskandar city..too many service apartment or condo launch...plus the built quality done by China developer also no good....quite many of buyer complaints and now YB is helping them on this complaints.

Is it Dahlia price higher then Begonia? I think some buyer may concern about the accessibility of SH since it is located at Jalan Bangi lama which you need passby those kampung area and right now their entrance has been move to Kebun Kelapa...haha..

Could be but i feel they should put more effort at serene height as once Setia kick start their Setia Nusantara project will benefit to SH too..SPS may built some infrastructure for bangi area.

Hope Setia can built a new nusantara link from nusantara to lekas so that we no need to use old jalan bangi lama anymore..haiz...

Yes. Government can do so...same process as Ecohill link. I think government is happy as developer help to built the road using their money...no need using government budget...haha..

This one abit difficult as Infra setup should come from developer willingness else the built quality will be suck also..the commitment from developer is important...If make it compulsory, the selling price of the hse may increase due to costing on infrastructure...

Dunno when UEM want to upgrade the road from Lekas to Serene Height...they only do small portion near to their entrance...haiz...not keep to their promise to buyer also...

I know no easy especially it is related to malay reserve land but i think they have their way to do it since they are GLC. Believe that Setia also meet same issue when they built Ecohill Link...Hope UEM can fulfill their promise asap...

UEM may need to get help from state government/federal government since they willing come out fund to expand the road. State gov can use the law to collect the land from land owner due to widening the road..it should not be an big issue since both UEM & state gov under Pakatan now.

Nowday subsales market very cool especially outskirt area lagi susah..i think you need to hold this project longer until the surrounding area of serene height further develop.
