11. Address will be under Semenyih,  not Kajang.
12. No water pump or alarm system will be given. No concealed aircond or hot water copper piping will be given. Only electrical points.
13. Lot size for link houses (intermediate) max. Will be 22x75, and no any larger land lot size.
14. 3% discount + additional RM5000 if sign SnP within 14 days. Free SnP and Loan agreement legal fees, exclude MOT and Loan disbursement

I think item 12 has already becoming standard for township. If not given it is really substandard 😢

I do think this is still the best value around this area you only need 6k dp after all the discount to own a 22x70 terrace.

What I heard it is still subjected to InP approval as the road is not yet handover to MPKj. Eventually it will be opened tho...

it shall be subjective then... I myself take this route every morning..around 7 to 720..only recent week..it is quite a relieve..or else i need to cilok inside ukm...that is why i put a remark...maybe due to incomplete roadwork..

if during evening time (around 7pm onward) if people may ask..my observation is still the same..most of the time heavy and sometimes standstill...
