If belum sign SPA, confirm cannot transfer name la!

If back to back SPA, definitely have to pay legal fees as it is just like a sub-sale transaction but governing future obligations only.

Yes, upon VP only can assign all the rights, title and interest to the new purchaser.

During construction period, loan is still under the principal purchaser.

Yes, DSR is locked but the flipper doesnt have to worry that the unit cannot be flipped upon vp lo tongue.gif

Legal fees is depending on the selling price ma. If selling at 1 mil, legal fees = 7,450.00 + misc charges. Alternatively, can opt to be unrepresented lo.
