Is plot 4 behind the WC? No, right? Plot 4 is the one where all the show units are being housed now. Plot 4 is the Phase 2 launches with names Samanea and Saraca.
I was also under the impression that Plot 3 - yet to be named will be 22x75 same as Plot 4.
Plot 1 and 2 is 20x65 and 20x70 which is sold out with some units reserved for associates.
CY, plot 3 is reserved for associates or open for public.

I dont see the correlation - No DIBS should be cheaper right.
How come should be more than 10%.

The bigger the size, the bigger the hole in your pocket.
Nevertheless, RM280 for Semi - D no such thing as sap sap sui.
RM280 can pay 1 month utilities bill oh.

Oh, this I am unsure too. Got size 20x75 ah? never heard of it. I think the Plot 4 is where the show units are.
The plot for club house will be used for the future show units.

To add, GnG on individual by right cannot be done, but I think now gov. recognises the need for it and hence, allow some loosening- nevertheless, should some one trespass - we cannot prosecute, cuz the road is accessible by all.
That is why strata is strictly private but costly lo.

Yes, Semi - D signing begins on 23 and 24 means we got sufficient time to sign till early December. I will probably sign in December 2013 only - as I will be away and coincidentally, its my birth month.

Surely can sell, but in my opinion, it is costly. No doubt Kajang 2 subsale going for RM650K, but it is Kajang 2 - though infra not good, it is at ease 5-8KM nearer KL than SEH - hence my views.
Nevertheless, location itself is no longer the consideration factor now that ppl dont mind commuting - but in space of less than 12 months, appreciation of more than 10% from base launch seems to be steep.
However, good for us P1 buyers lo.

Yes bro doom2, but when the cable is run underground - hence your house wiring is bottom up and not visible - how if you want to do any cabling in future - fibre optics / telephone line / cctv and all.

I think thats what the landscape covers. What the technical guy told was MPKJ will maintain road, sewerage and drainage.
Maybe, see it this way, we pay cukai tanah to MPKJ and MPKJ hire SEH MC to manage and pay the charges. All in all, we are still paying for maintenance indirectly.
