I strongly think it will work. These devices usually have a 10% tolerance level, meaning it will only not work if power drop below 10% of 220v or explode if power go above 10% of 220v. Hz usually unimportant, on a motorized device it may usually mean that the motor will spin a little slower if it's an AC motor.
