what is the difference bwteen MagicISO and alcohol 120% ?

i downloaded this software but i dunno how to use.i hv downloaded a few games in ISO format.it needs me to mount/burn to install it.but i do not want burn into CD.so how if i want use this software to install d game by creating virtual DVD rom?
