Couldn't find any thread specific to Armaggeddon gaming brand here; only all the famous ones. I know Armaggeddon's pretty new to the scene, but anyone here is a user or fan of them? I've been using their mouse (Phantom) and keyboard (Nighthawk KAI-5) and they've never failed me, really good stuff for great prices Planning to get a second mouse and keyboard soon from them too This post has been edited by Helldiver: Oct 27 2013, 09:25 PM

I just got the Mikoyan Foxbat today for my laptop, working fine and looks awesome. But the red laser underneath feels a bit too strong and bright Like so unhealthy --the blue lights aren't that strong either, they're just faint-ish, but still looks good A bit hard to find their mousepads though @zeroblaze: Does your computer register the Phantom right click always stuck sometimes?

Nah, it's not the button --I think it's a software problem Tried out games with the Mikoyan Foxbat, runs well, I really don't see why people won't give this brand a chance This post has been edited by Helldiver: Oct 29 2013, 06:26 PM

QUOTE(SiZ.i7 @ Oct 30 2013, 03:11 PM) Other day,i test its mechanical KB..stealth raptor..feels great compare to my Razer BW.but the price @@..considering its new brand If I'm not mistaken, the Stealth Raptor is about RM500? I'm not sure about Razers price, but it should be slightly lower lah

QUOTE(KHOdin @ Nov 2 2013, 07:41 PM) anyone tried their software ? was thinking to get their G17 most likely to SS ikari my mouse favorite mouse design ... Their software is okay, not the best --but it does get the job done. I find the homebase page of the software very useless tho It just shows you the peripheral and its features. I do have an issue with the Phantom's software though, if I do any editing in game, the mouse stops moving even though it's on and stuff ._. Then I have to restart my PC.

QUOTE(Clem1982 @ Nov 4 2013, 12:17 PM) Tested a few of their products, try looking into my articles in the review thread, or go to www.Tech-critter.com at my siggy there, software tour included I do get stuff from Armaggeddon for review articles currently waiting for the G17 to reach my place, shaped almost identical to my Ikari so I'm hoping it's good Saw your review of the Stealth Raptor, it's really nice lah. I'm planning to get one --but it is a bit expensive compared to many others, but I felt the keys nicer to press Would you recommend it personally at that price of RM400+

QUOTE(Clem1982 @ Nov 7 2013, 09:03 AM) Yes that's true, but I find that you have to go into the driver software and make the switch manually? or did you have a different solution? mind sharing? Oh, you mean like a profile-switch button? Then don't have so far, but I think their G11 high end mouse got a a profile-switch button on the mouse right? Even Razer have to go into software for profile-switch

QUOTE(Clem1982 @ Nov 7 2013, 02:27 PM) haha yeah that's it, well I've always used the logitech software that detects the games I used automatically so I didn't have to do it manually haha well the G11 had a mode switch but it didn't switch profiles for me when I pushed it, just changed the colour, didn't have any experience with the G13 so I hope the G17 fixes the issue Wah? Logitech's software autodetects games That's pretty amazing \ Did you perhaps ask Armaggeddon if there was a defect in yours? o.o Cause in some mouses, like my Phantom, the button is just to change color, not profile

QUOTE(LiquidEnvy @ Dec 16 2013, 02:38 PM) Wow they produce sound card also?crap guess it's time i pay some attention to this brand closely from now on. It is a virtual 7.1 USB soundcard lah. Their cheapest headset has the soundcard included, but the headset itself has very bad sound.

QUOTE(LiquidEnvy @ Dec 16 2013, 04:16 PM) For the price your paying for it compared to others brands out there don't expect too much from it. Their headsets are not cheap leh D:

If I'm not mistaken it's about Rm200 and above :/ You can get much better audio below that price from a proper audio brand :3

QUOTE(Clem1982 @ Dec 17 2013, 09:37 AM) got one that's RM199 but yeah dunno much abt their sound quality The Avatar Pro ZX100 is the RM199 one; I've tried a demo unit from Logitech Store in Mid Valley, the sound was nothing but muddy --everything wasn't clear and the bass made everything sound so muffled and muddy... Suggesting that we stay clear of their audio solutions for now. They're priced the same as established brand; I expected it to be much much cheaper considering they're very very new

RM180 for the Phantom and RM120 for the Mikoyan Foxbat is more reasonable than other branded mouse where you get nothing but the mouse itself at RM130.
Both the mouse I mentioned lots of features, quality also good, no difference really...
Now, if you're talking about headset... They need to do something with the ZX100 lol
