[We talk about lecturers first]

We've heard of many lecturers working at afew Uni/Colleges, be it part-time or full-time? Is it against the policy agreement? By right they should commited to only one, right?

One of my lecturer is working with some company, she's good at 3D stuff, and she's a part-timer at our college.

Don't compare with family business or small food business. Compare with those you are working under someone.

What is the offence if get caught? , Does it matters?
