Delayed listing of IWH IPO, research house downgraded UEMS(Iskandar taiko) to Hold few months ago are some signs that Iskandar theme is over.
Property market is quite dangerous to be in especially when there is a policy shift couple with Institutions sell down usually done thru over a period of time.
Better exit before its too late!

my 2 cents.

sifu here.

do you all use something like Capital IQ or Bloomberg or Nexus services in compiling all the financial info, chart, and other relevant information (i.e. cpo production for palm oil industry, land bank for property, etc etc.)?

i find it rather cumbersome to compile all the info from annual report, and it is exposed to human error some times.

can sifus here give some suggestions on how to compile data in the fastest way, or any subscription can be made?

thanks lots.

to interrupt, any sifu here can recommend some software or program or website, that contains all the fundamental or information or data for each stock counter? something like Capital IQ?
