i understand that Jazz Hybrid doesn't comes with a spare tyre. instead, they have the tyre puncture sealant and a mini air compressor as the standard accessories of the users to tackle with tyre puncture problems.

Now since that even a reputable car manufacture has started using this kind of product as standard accessories, i've been thinking maybe it's worth to buy an off the shelve tyre puncture sealant and store it in my car? I mean normally those 2 in 1 tyre sealant & inflater. Its the can of thing that pump into tyre through the valve containing sealant/chemical that will seal/pluck the puncture AND also at the same time inflate the tyre. Sounds to me very easy to use, hassle free, and light weight.

but dig some online review that says the chemical sealant is not good to the tyre on the inside wall and also not good to the rim. also some says tyre shop will refuse to clean up the sealant when we bring the tyre to them for a proper repair.

So i wanna ask, anyone here used such product before? what was your experience? any problem with the tyre shops??

U just buy the mini air compressor. No need for the punture sealant. Just pump the tyre and go to the nearest tyre shop

this is assuming the nail or whatever punctured the tyre still stuck on the spot, and the air is leaking only slowly?
