 Help, my laptop fan faulty

My HP ENVY 14 1260se fan is broken i guess.
sometimes i boot the laptop the bios says one of the fan is faulty.
there is no air coming out of the side fan of my laptop only the back.
where can i replace the fan?

do i need to replace the entire heatsink assesmbly or can i just replace the fan only?

nope
warranty ended last year

but i opened the laptop and the fan still spins

if u can open the laptop. try to service it. try to update latest bios or even ur system.. try to see temp and fan with cpuz or sumthin.. if u thinking sending it to low yat just beware of those can repair everything one with cheap price..

open laptop mean dissemble everything out ram mobo wifi card palm bezzel keyborad cpu or gpu if possible and try to put it back together

i always monitor the temp everyday
this is quite abnormal since the only 1 fan is still functional
if i play any games the cpu and gpu will sometimes reach 90c or more.

try to service ur laptop 1st lorr and see any difference .. try to get all the dust out 1st

ow is the fan speed? slow or fast?

the bios said one of the fans is faulty. i guess it must be the side fan.
i lack tools to dissasemble the laptop.

we know its sound like hey its faulty why dun we just change it well sumtime after u plug in and plug out and service the fan can go running again

Not sure the price..try search in garage sale or repairing shop maybe..
