Yes but the court and centrina utility bill is residential rate cuz it is under HDA, once construction finished, the developer will convert it to residential. The maintenance fee is RM0.25 psf.

The progress previously was slow due to the 2nd contractor problem in delaying the payment for subcon. Now main contractor Gaya pay directly to subcontractors and the payment is fast. So the progression is fast now. =))

Hi Nian pin, you are court's buyer? May I know how much progressive interest are u paying currently?

I don't think house owners care about whatever Gaya or whoever's problem Lo....I know we're in boleh land,even building palace also can have problems...but for us owners most important is when or can It be handed over on time.

Well true I dont really care wat Gaya xgaya too.somehow incidentally got the info. Sharing is caring. And I hope wat I contribute in the forum can ease some fear in potential buyers. That's all. =)

Thank you very much for your update and information. I feel that most buyer are very concern about the progress at site what cause to the delay of the site construction. At least all the doubts about the delay has been answered rather than we are keep in the dark.

I do see progress on site and many workers working on it when i passed by in the afternoon just now. They are now constructing up a on a new level which is level 7.

Nope, I am SOHO owner. U bought the Courts?? I have no idea what is the percentage of ppl buy for own stay and investment. I feel that own stay should be more since the selling price per ft2 is quite high and the capital appreciation will be lower. People will go for lower price per ft2 for investment.

Hi Goer&Doer,

I would say every condo will have to face management issue and even G&G landed properties do have management. I feel that the Central Residence selling price is higher and I guess will attract better buyers in terms of financial background. Normally, condo management most problem is the management fees collection. With good fund collection, the management should have sufficient fund to maintain the property well.

Congrats to you on your purchase of Centrina Unit. Good Choice!
