Application: Internet Explorer 6 I have a annoying problem. Each time I slide my slider back to 1MB, after I reboot the Windows XP, it slides back to 1789MB. Any hack/registry to completely disable this darn thing? I don't want to use IE's Temporary Internet Files; I am currently depending on Google Web Accelerator. Thanks.

LOL! Everytime I see someone try to clear or prevent files from being stored in temp folders, 1 thing comes to mind: HIDING PORN! Sorry, couldn't help it.

Setting the temporary folder size to 1MB is probably not a good idea.

QUOTE(samurai1337 @ Jul 6 2006, 11:34 AM) Setting the temporary folder size to 1MB is probably not a good idea. U need the cache for surfing... No matter what, there will be temporary files coz your browser cant support direct download from internet.. When u surfing, those pics etc etc are 1st stored in temp folder then only loaded into your browers...i doesnt goes the different way.. But u can always use softwares to help u auto clean the cache everytime u close browers, or shutdown, or turn on pcs..
