I cleaned my throttle body DIY too (removed the whole thing completely) and had the same problem with unstable idling after that. In addition my water temperature would go to 6 bars and gave me an overheating scare but I knew my engine was physically and mechanically fine. Brought it to SC but kept mum on the DIY. Later they said my ECU was faulty and had to be replaced. I told them to look again. In the end, got back the car after 5 days, and with a new water temp sensor, O2 sensor and MAP sensor, all free under warranty I suspect that my sensors were fine and they could have just reprogrammed the ECU like yours. I'm never touching my throttle body ever again.

Broken gear lever spring is a common problem. The new spring costs about RM8, can get it fixed at the SC.

My BLM (1st gen) fan doesn't switch off when the key is removed. Once in a while it will switch off. But then after a while the fan comes on again (even after the car is remote locked) and does not switch off.

Has anybody experienced this problem before?

I have checked the fluid levels and everything else I can think off. If the fan never switched off I would guess its the fan relay stuck close. But the thing is it does go off once in may be 20 stops (turn-offs) so I'm stumped.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I was wondering, how long can the fuel light last before fuel tank kong? I tried to fill her up, but only can pump RM60 petrol.
