seriously, why there is no time limit for player in unranked match?

my most embarrassing moment in HS was

I outplayed my opponent when both of us left with no more cards.

I was playing warlock and my HP left 8 and my opponent left 2 HP. Both of us is taking damage from fatigue.

I though it would be cool to use my hero power and kill my opponent but then -2hp + -6HP because of fatigue killed me first.

BOth of us left with no card, so if I use warlock hero power it will minus -2hp and -6hp dmg from fatigue due to no card left

For those asking for beta keys, you will just need to wait for next month.
