Hi guys I got this game 3 days ago and addicted mad now! Hook me up @ Zivilia#6266 so maybe we can talk about decks or play a game or whatever.

My arena streak sucks, the highest only managed to win 3 times before getting eliminated

Any tips to share?

ermm...so far i've played 5 arena, 2x (0-3), 2x (3-3) & 1x (4-3), i'm pretty bad in building deck from random system, maybe due to less exposure of what the cards can do.

when building a deck, how u guys balance out the spell card and minion card ? 50-50 ratio?
and when picking out the spells & minions, is it best to stacks up on the 3 & 4 mana card ?

your question is too general, i cant (none of us can) give you any useful tips if we dont know what is your problem in the first place.

it depends on your early picks, usually you will go for cards with better values (look for guides to evaluate the cards values, Trump arena cards ranking is a good place to start).
After 10ish cards you can start focusing on mana curve and what kind of deck you try to build (but i suggest you go for value instead of putting too much focus on deck type).

as u know this a basic deck with only , no high hopes to defeat player who bought from experts packs , this deck is fairly simple just clear any minions from ur opponent if not they will build an army to crush u to death when they running out of cards then ur revenge will be as sweet as possible , as u know warlock is also an build in draw power machine with cost of 2 life so almost every round u get to draw 2 card if u lucky ur minion will help u draw cards as well dun worry bout the life things coz u have 3 minions will recover ur health which can sustain till the very end , if u play against a mage he will try clear u board so just play 1 minions at a time so he can spam all his control spells earlier but when he face the bigger mobs he'll definitely regret spamming to fast but if he reserve all the control cards just whack till his hp turn low to pressure him to use his spells.

That was from a Paladin deck. Look for some small combo that you can try to work out when you're selecting cards

My average Arena games usually is around 5 or 6 wins. I'm still learning as well

my win rate is about 75%, still need more samples to make it more accurate though.

becareful though, it is a trap for new players (no, i don't mean you) i wont go for cards that can only be useful when combo is successfully carried out. I will go for cards that are good even when it is standalone without the other 'combo'ish cards.
pure combo'ish cards is one of the reason why some players burn their hands so quickly.

Yeap, only go for combo when it is available. Don't try purposely for example take starving buzzard and then end up no beast cards

The combo i used for that Paladin deck was i chose Crazed Alchemist because by itself it is a solid card and from it i manage to work out 2 combos

just remember yesterday, was playing arena, choose a Mage hero, put up a nice set of deck, alot of taunt (that card dunno the name, gives Taunt to adjacent minion & +1/+1), currently was at 3-1, then face a Warlock and lost, and another Warlock and lost.

my mistake = did not select any mass damage spell or silence minion...and the culprit was a 1/1 imp with stealth that gives minions +1 health.

Self note: at least have a few silence or mass damage spells, cause a stealth minion that beef up friendly minions is realy pain in the $#@%^&
