Details of the complaint : Without any proof, he simply accuse that I'm a scammer. A police report has been made

That's the deal with me with other forummer. Did he has the proof that I'm scammer? Anyway money have refunded to forummer. Below is the attachment. And he still defame that I'm scammer

this is quite stupid..he said he is not a scammer but yet he refund the money to the buyer...then if not scammer why need to refund to buyer?

I already check with polis, TS report doesn't mean anything. Oh by the way the police themselves will investigate TS for disclosure of the report.

The police advice you to make a polis report. Right now he will be investigate if he really make false report. Its like killing two bird with one stone.

refund = not scammer? funny sia, base all of ur previous case , maybe u are not scammer bcz u refunded all of them, but unfortunately u are lousy seller..

He had refunded me all the amount.

You should have cover up all the names and numbers.

just because you refund doesnt mean you're not a scammer.

you refunded because you got caught.

The main factor is time frame, if go_up post was posted before your refund and your refunds are not within the time you promised for the buyer then the whole case will not be in your favor.

Well most likely this will ended up in ADR anyway, settle sendiri with helps of mediator.
