Item being sold/bought: iphone 5 16gb

Date of transaction: 20/12/2013 (sunday) *noted that all this happen in OCTOBER* typo and I HAVE ALL THE PROOF !

Details of the complaint :
-before the day we COD , he keep on asking me to deposit half of the price of RM1750 into his bank account (i refused and said i wan to face to face to deal)
-he know i'm wise , then he say when cod i must handle him RM800 for him before i can check for the iphone 5 (i deny again)
-I deal with this scammer on 20/12/13 face to face at my place here
-everything is okay during the COD until the time i ask for my free casing, he keep on asking me go to his car (but i refuse too)
-everything runs smooth after that he went home
-BUT ! when it's around 12am on 21/12/13(mon) , my Iphone 5 had been erased and been lost AND IT"S REQUIRE APPLE ID to activate it.......
-I phone his no. until my phone overheat he no picked up but luckily the next day he call back
-Since he said that this phone is his self-owned , I asked for the APPLE ID to activate ,who knows that ID is just a piece of shty useless ID (cant activate) using "find my iphone" apps
-He say his friend is a hacker and can hack the ID with password for me , wanna scam another Rm350 from me (we keep bargain for the price as i'm sad with the phone now jz a useless brick apple iphone 5
-my friend is a pro-online shopper he then picked up my phone and bargain till Rm100....
-after that he keep on emphasising me to post my IPHONE 5 to his address for the unlock purpose (I'm clever for that and REFUSE IT !)
-so he wan me to bank in RM50 and i did it, then i noticed that he erase the iphone from the "joseph.wong63@hotmail.com" .....can use again
-but after that he keep on threaten me to bank in RM100++ into his account until now he keep on kacau me
PS: As I ask the maxis dealer with the IMEI no., the phone warranty is until june 2015 , it follow the contract he sign and will be terminate if discontinue the contract and when claiming for warranty the owner must be present (Honestly speaking when the time u deal with me u say tat the apple warranty is until september 2014 instead of december 2013, who noe it will change and follow the warranty as old warranty ? u should speak it out clearly and properly about the warranty. BTW the warranty thingy is solved )[COLOR=orange]

I'm not saying u selling stolen phone, BUT it's consider as a scam case since the phone is belong to u and u THE ONE must unlock the phone for me !!!! We deal at the price of RM 1750 but now u suddenly wan me bank in another RM350 and I already let u scam the first Rm50! How u explain abt this case? Ur friend is hacker can hack throughout APPLE ID without the given email ? Fk la
And I'll attach an original warranty of my iPhone bought from you as a prove

It's not about fake iphone , but now the case is u sell ur iphone to me and at night u lock the phone itself ! SOMEMORE YOU WAN ME BANK IN RM350 to erase the phone ? SCAM ? ....It's required ur apple ID and password to reactivate (noted that the acc u give me is not the apple ID which use to lock the iphone),u ask ur friend help to hack the unknown ID and require some "money" as the working and processing fee from me upon THE ACTIVATION ! ..... and here's the proof about warranty

That's my mistake when typing the date of transaction. It should be 20\10\13 instead of December, I jz realise that I type wrong and it's a typo

so wat step should i take now ? he keep on saying his lawyer is coming after me bla bla bla....and here the proof of the sms where he wan me to bank in the rest of money into his bank acc.

frankly speaking, if tat day the reactivation of iphone case is not happen and the cheating case of bank-in, our COD is always nth and i'm happy to deal with u honestly ! WHY YOU CANT JUST DEAL WITH YOUR HEART ?

From the reply, I can see that wei988 asking you go to proof the warranty from MAXIS but why you wait for so long and keep arguing here? If you're nothing wrong, don't continue here. Go to MAXIS now and get the proof to show all forummer that he's wrong and you're right. Regarding the Apple ID that you mentioned, I've actually try to send an email to the email you mentioned (joseph.wong63@hotmail.com) just now but delivery is failure maybe due to unregistered email. If the email address is haven't registered by anyone, how can he activate the Apple ID as mentioned by you.

As I understand, the warranty date from APPLE will start once the device was activated. I just wonder how can be modified. U may check this with apple reseller such as Machines, Switch, IT World.

My advice to you is don't simply influence by your friend. Maybe you think that the price is higher. But you agree with it and pay for it, no one is forcing u to buy if u think price is high. Dont accuse people just because you're unhappy with the high price

it's my fault on the date anyway, becoz of the warranty keep on coming in my mind that it's now december it's december....I'm with maxis and pending now as stated, the joseph.wong63@hotmail.com email is roughly like that since it lock my phone and back to activate mode so i wont have another clear look on it properly after it turns black and come out the reactivation of iphone on start up. I'm okay with the price so i deal with him but he's asking me to bank-in unwanted money for the activation fee.
