Hi dupe are you Eric?  Eric if you are reading this,  just unlock the phone for TS and get over with it. You restored the phone on the spot,  and TS didn't unlock it on the spot before paying you.  Thus the misunderstanding. IOS 7 has this activation lock thing, where you have to disable iCloud before restoring it, else you will need to login into your iCloud again. Both the seller and buyer might not know about this, and it's understandable. You as the seller, should make sure the phone is unlocked before selling it. Else you are selling a locked phone which is worthless.
