You will learn abit of everything on how the company works. However, beware of some companies (something like this) that might mislead whatever they published. It is recommended to join if you are not sure what you are good at in working enviroment.

in a MNC company a management trainee is a position where they put you to every department in the company to learn about the operation about the company but there are a lot of companies in Malaysia that put this position in the advertistment but actually its a sales job.
They want to make this sales trainee name look nice |

It could be anything(ANYTHING) from cheap labour, cake seller, to a potential general manager.
Similar to put ads that say: "WORKERS NEEDED" This post has been edited by rexis: Jun 13 2006, 10:29 AM |

For me the only management trainee jobs which can be trusted are those that advertise the job scope in their advertisement.

QUOTE(TMTANWHACKY @ Jun 13 2006, 06:26 PM) are sure that u are put into every department? i dont think so...certain mnc will refer to your skillset...for instance if u are into IT or comp science, then u will most likely end up in the IT department but no programming or dbms stuffs...most likely IT management stuffs......and if mba or bba, then management part...maybe in terms of technical wise like engineers, then u will have to get ur hands dirty... |
