Continental also has excellent high performance tires which is their CSC3/5/6 line up, just not in smaller sizes (only 17' up).
For smaller sizes like that, yes use either Michelin PS3, Bridgestone RE003, Goodyear F1-D5, Hankook V12 Evo2, or maybe the new Yokohama Advan Fleva. From those selection, for good value for money (cheaper & cheerful) I think maybe the V12 Evo2 or RE003.

PS3 is still a good all rounder tire and probably still the best ultimate choice for 15' UHP tires. I'm actually using PS3 too. It's well known to be the best in aquaplaning resistance even though dry grip is not the best. The V12E2 I'd say might be a bit behind in aquaplaning resistance and overall  wet performance than PS3 but not by much and the dry grip is at least as good if not better. Ride comfort level is about the same, but the V12E2 seems more silent, and tread wear is the same at 320. So plus & minus hair splitting between the 2, but the price is a big difference in favour of the V12E2! (PS3 around rm230-260 for 15' while the V12E2 is only rm175-180/pc). So the V12E2 is the better value for money I'd say.

No, coz Kumho is not a good tire brand! Buy Hankook V12E2, the best value for money now and Hankook is the only Korean brand worth buying.

WHats the treadwear ; is it 220 or 400?

I did once, like 7 years ago, and ya, it was a promotion price and extended warranty.

Mine was fine, but my cousin,'s after 6 months had some lump on the rubber for 2 tires, had to send to warranty, but it was a breeze.

BTW, isnt Sunny on 13in rim?
