Then get Michelin PS3, it has excellent aquaplaning resistance and good all rounder dry & wet grip, surely much better than XM2. Other good choices are the new Yokohama Advan Fleva, Hankook V12 Evo 2 (this should be the best value for money coz the cheapest in the class), Goodyear F1-D5, or Bridgestone RE003 (but this one will not last as long).
195/55 vs 195/60 is 1 cm difference sidewall height, so it's a noticeable difference in comfort. But if you use 195/60 size then cannot use high performance tires like the above and have to settle with lesser tires like that XM2, so I suggest you use 195/55/15.

PS3 of that size maybe around rm230-250 now. Fleva maybe about the same price, and the V12 is cheaper. Performance wise, the Fleva is new so not yet have formal reviews while the V12 E2 is about on par, both already in the same performance class as the PS3. Noise though you should expect more noisy, typical of high performance tires. If you want less noise maybe can try the mid level tires like the Advan db but surely performance would not match those 3 higher class ones.

If want well proven one, take PS3.
If want best value for money, take the V12 E2.
