Item being sold/bought : iPhone 5 16GB Black Maxis set

Date of transaction : since 13 Oct

Amount of money involved : 1320

Details of the complaint :
He post me a screen protector, not IPHONE.
I whatsapp, pm and message him, no reply. Yet, I saw him online at lowyat and whatsapp.
He refuse to answer any.
He had himself online yet refuse to answer my call, send me operator tone.

Now i had only a screen protector worth rm1320.
I paid for my stupidness.
I had made fraud case at Police station.

PS: He had refunded all the amount to me.

He's now finally contact with me.
Said he had no money in his account and wanted to bank in me RM500.
The rest of the amount will be settled by next Wednesday.

I know how tricky he is. Luckily I reported fraud case and met a nice Abang there.
He told me I could bring it up to court with just RM15 to open a case.
Then only he tried to refund all to me.

Till now, I haven't received any refund from him yet.

Can I have his real IC number and address?
So that I can hand over the details to police.

He told me he's overseas, UK.
Did he really went over there?
