omg.. i cant believe this happened on Apple Service Provider.. and i believe he is the supervisor already.. he is so damn rude to me and keep threatening me that if i dont like to wait.. take it back.. wth? they are the one told me 10 days and now they say they cant promise anything.. then i ask him normally this kind of case you guys take how long to fix it? he say at least 14 days.... then i ask why u say 10 days earlier? he keep on twisting and say it was 10-14 days then he start blaming DHL la.. Apple KL. bla bla. .. wtf.. i tot normally those service centre will directly say the longest wait in case anything happens.. then the end he give me so call "apologize" by saying : "ok fine.. im sorry for saying it 10 days? so what else u want?" he know that in our area here they are the only service provider..
so can i know what can i do? is this mean they are the only service provider we must take all their bad attitudes?
