im a graduate in banking n finance, currently working in malaysia investment bank for the past 1 and half year. before this i tried and sent lots of applications on jobstreet and other site for sg job but unfortunately almost none responded. any advice for me?

just done a phone interview with a sg company, Arvato Digital Services. salary range 2000-2200 since i only have 1 year+ experience after grad. anyone heard of this company?
