i face a problem here, previously there is a company help me to do the work pass, but i choose other company, which the company now cant apply for the work pass if previous company dint withdraw it, i call the company to call it to withdraw it but they feel like very slow, dont want to entertain me, like dont want to withdraw for me, any solution for this? can i call the MoM to withdraw it?

It's a subcon. My concern is they will bond me for few years. Of cause can go anytime just need to paid them back some figure.
Is it normal for foreigner like us who work there in engineering field get bonded?

Got an offer from construction / property company, position as IT Executive, pay range around S$2K.

With this salary range, can i survive in SG and save more than i earn in Msia now? Currently im working in a MNC bank IT role, income below RM3k.

Appreciate for any advices. 

if my working place is near to kranji mrt..which area should i stay better? jurong east or yi shun?
rental fees is the most consideration.
btw, red line or green line to kranji, which 1 is actuali more faster and wont so peak in the morning?
