It is difficult position for you. Some employers especially those local small films would like to complain to MOM when the candidates don't report to work after working pass approval. Some worse employers even do that when foreigners choose to resign after working for sometime. No choice, they have the card to play.

Check T Hotel located at Jln Wong Ah Fook, walking distance to check point. Book from agoda.com to get cheaper rate.

It's a subcon. My concern is they will bond me for few years. Of cause can go anytime just need to paid them back some figure.
Is it normal for foreigner like us who work there in engineering field get bonded?
*
What is the reason for bond??? Weird unless they send you oversea for training or thing like starting bonus. $4k for 4 years is average for most of the semiconductor engineers but slightly underpaid for designer.

BTW if your company is SSMC then good luck to you...

Got an offer from construction / property company, position as IT Executive, pay range around S$2K.

With this salary range, can i survive in SG and save more than i earn in Msia now? Currently im working in a MNC bank IT role, income below RM3k.

Appreciate for any advices.  notworthy.gif

if my working place is near to kranji mrt..which area should i stay better? jurong east or yi shun?
rental fees is the most consideration.
btw, red line or green line to kranji, which 1 is actuali more faster and wont so peak in the morning?

Why dont stay at Woodlands? Thought is cheaper compared to Yishun.
