Hi, I recently just got a job offer from singapore but I have yet receive any offer letter..
However, I spoke to the HR on the phone saying I got the job and will will to apply EP for me..
But the question is 'Is it possible to apply EP without me signing any offer letter?'

It's possible. The offer letter serves to protect you more than the employer. If you don't feel safe, just insist you wish to pay a visit to sign the offer letter.

- It's about market supply/demand, qualification and luck. I got 7% increase before conversion when I moved here. Perhaps I was already underpay in Msia.
- My employer contacted me through my profile/phone no. uploaded on Monster

Not sure what's your profession but I heard petrol pump attendant job benefit and prospect are quite good in Singapore. I'm eager to explore the possibility if opportunity arises. Any lubang anyone?
