Hey, got a quick question here. I have applied for a job through an recruitment agency with an expected salary of X but I didn't know that the job involves a 12 hours working shift until they revert back to me and asked me if I'm okay with this. Do you think if it's okay or possible if I ask for a little more in expected salary? Since I didn't know about this earlier.

QUOTE(alaskanbunny @ Dec 23 2013, 08:22 PM) yeaps.. or instead of asking for increase in salary.. ask for shift allowance, if they say no.. then only ask for salary... that way they know your reasoning for wanting more salary as compared to what you had previously stated... but there's a chance u might lose the opening There's no shift (not mentioned) so shift allowance is n/a haha. Yes,I'm worried that I may lose it too but I think it's better to ask now rather than later during the interview or after the interview,no?
