My offered salary is 2.1k basic+ arnd 500-600 in allowances/incentives, but should see an increment if I pass their internal Japanese speaking test.

btw, for those already in SG, lets say if i want to subscribe to an home broadband for my own use since the wifi signal to my util room is horribly bad, S-pass holder can subscribe without paying deposit, and is it actually advisable to do so?
