one question, remember i have to move out of the place i staying after 1 month, the time is next week. landlady claimed i brought ants, which she never see in her unit before -.- so let say if she refuse to give back my deposit next week, what should i do?

Call police, create a scene, refuse to leave. If you don't have any proof that you paid her any deposit, then suck thumb and hope for the best.

Ok, so I just found out that 12% of my pay will be deducted for this thingy called MVC - will I get that 12% back? If so, how and when do I get it back? And my offer letter never state in black and white what are the allowances/benefits that I will be getting, I was just briefly told through the phone. Is this a norm?

Guys, just wondering any of you drives and KEEP a malaysian registered car in Singapore? I checked from ITA such that

1. Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents (regardless of their place of residence), student pass holder, long term social visit pass holder and residents of Singapore cannot drive a Malaysia-registered car in/into Singapore. However, Singaporeans working and residing in Malaysia who need to make home visits to Singapore occasionally are allowed to drive their Malaysia-registered cars into Singapore on a case-by-case basis, subjected to prior approval from LTA (VEP fees will still apply).
