Phase 4 is the Bayan Lepas Industrial Estate, south of the island where the second penang bridge will be.

Most of the condos or higher end apartments normally comes with a pool

N-Park got swimming pool though, but if got fren living there, more accessible

young one will embrace the traffic jamm at gurney area, clubbing at precint10 and supper later on

older one will avoid traffic at all cost and rest

i dunno u apa interest? apa budget willing to spend? very hard to recommend lo
