but since it's not femes.....and my friend try before the kek lok si one and say he love it...so bo bian lo. =.='

not femes among tourist mah but popular among the locals. Quality more consistent unlike the Ayer Itam market.
Ya, I also love the big chunk of fish filet and love the fried spring roll with the assam soup!
BTW ur friend try farlim laksa before? Maybe he will fall head over heels over it!
If he do please tell him NOT to spread the word around.
If it becomes another tourist trap, I got no place to eat this type of laksa liao.

not for me actually, for my malay cousins who came here for a vacation from KL.
they're ok with anything, as long as it's good food. They love going to those ikan bakar joints like Hammer Bay, Teluk Tempoyak etc

Mee udang teluk kumbar or if got time go pulau aman

they went pulau aman for mee udang liao but teluk kumbar one they havent tried i think
