Today MIL masak authentic chang mau jiken with assam kari fish! nom nom nom!

Looks pretty easy.

1. Some chang mao, garlic, laksa flower, halia kuning, tumbuk2 and tumis, a whole jiken cut into cubes

Minyak, fry the things that tumis. Add water and black thick soy sos, and salt to taste. Masuk jiken, bring to a boil until the jiken is tender... cover the kuali with lid to cook then jiken faster.
