After i notice titanium offers no more 5% rebate, i compared with citibank n found out no much differ according to my monthly usage around 1-3k. Titanium is all 2% rebate, plus annual gov tax rebate, citibank 5%petrol, 0.3% others. If u r not heavy card user, think again, without 5% rebate, but with gov tax rebate, it is still so far the best card offer in market I may still keep my card. Who can tell me whether citibank can call for rm 50 gov tax waiver??
