my card annual cut off is on December. Logged in online account, noted GST RM50 is been charged, without waiver!!
Called in OCBC call centre, they said from 29/11/2013, the waiver clause has been removed. I argued that prior to 29/11/2013, my accumulated spending is already over RM10,000.00 They will request for waiver for me this time. But noted from the lady, there would be no GST Waiver anymore for 2014 onwards!!! Sad to hold this card. >.< This post has been edited by ck23: Jan 12 2014, 12:55 PM |
