what if i already ceased to use ocbc service anyhow i not lawyer .. , get advice from OCBC or MCMC better Retention 1.The personal data processed shall not be kept longer than necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose. 1.The data user must take all reasonable steps to ensure that all personal data is destroyed or permanently deleted if it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was processed.

u still consider lucky as they tell u cannot , then u direct cancel without paying they say i can keep and wait till appear in statement, then only call in for waive. Now i have to pay RM50 !!
