just now i tried to log in ocbc online. but waited awhile havent receive the OTP code. so i request another two times.

then i received three otp at once. two from 63660 and last one from +0108907449.

why is it sent from 010 number?

I wanted to ask.
My statement date is 12 of every month. I've already received the statement for 12 Mar. If the amount to be paid is rm1k, but I have a reversed charge on 20 Mar(next statement) rm200, then do I still pay rm1k or rm800 for the current statement?

Let's say if we take 10,000 and pay interest rate of 3% = 300,
So, we are only charge total 10,300. For 12 months, 10,300/12 = 858.33

So, after 12 months, we only pay additional 300 only which is 3%...how to get 5.49%?
